Belangrijke inhoudsstof:

  • atropine (hyoscyamine)

Waarschuwing:

  • Wolfskers staat te boek als een van de meest giftige kruiden in Europa en andere delen van de wereld.
  • Alle delen van de plant, maar vooral de bes en de wortel, zijn toxisch en slechts geringe hoeveelheden ervan kunnen al leiden tot convulsies, delirium, hallucinaties, coma en ten slotte de dood.
