Belangrijke inhoudsstoffen:

hyoscyamine, atropine, scopolamine

Waarschuwing:

Doornappel is zeer giftig voor mens en dier door de toxische alkaloïden die hij bevat.
Het is zeer aan te raden alleen gestandaardiseerde preparaten te gebruiken en dit uitsluitend op voorschrift van een arts.
Overdosering veroorzaakt duizeligheid, een droge mond, hallucinaties en coma.
